How refunds work for digital courses and payments.

Digital products
Our core offering is digital educational content (video lessons and related materials). Once access has been granted or content has been substantially consumed, refunds may not be available except where required by law or at our discretion.
Eligibility for a refund
You may request a refund if you were charged in error, did not receive access after verified payment and our support window, or in other cases described at checkout. Refunds for change of mind may be limited or unavailable after enrollment, depending on the product and applicable rules.
How to request a refund
Email us from the address on your account and include your order number, payment method, and a brief explanation. For manual wallet payments, attach or describe proof of payment where relevant. We aim to respond within a reasonable time (often within a few business days).
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed back through the original payment channel where possible. Timing depends on banks, card issuers, or mobile wallet providers.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend access until the matter is resolved. Please contact us first so we can help without unnecessary disputes.
