Nature of delivery
Unless we explicitly offer a physical product, everything is delivered online. “Shipping” does not apply to standard course access; you receive access through your account on this website after purchase and verification (if applicable).
When you get access
For instant or automated payment methods, access may be granted immediately after successful payment. For manual payment methods (e.g. mobile wallet instructions), access is granted after we verify your payment—typically within the timeframe stated on the payment instructions page.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages (e.g. video hosts), or events beyond our control may temporarily affect the service.
Minimum requirements
You need a compatible device, a modern browser, and a sufficient internet connection to stream or view lessons. Some features may require a microphone for optional tools (e.g. voice input) where supported.
